Annual Edgewater Estates Community Yard Sale - Interested in coordinating the 2025 Yard Sale?  Please get in touch with the Board!

2024 was held on Saturday, April 27th.

We will endeavor to hold our annual yard sale on the 4th Saturday of every April, so the Edgewater Estates sale takes place on the same weekends as our neighboring communities.

Location: St. Peter’s Episcopal Church Community Hall

We encourage members to attend in person. We will not be offering Zoom now that we are beyond the pandemic.

• 9/27/2025- Just a friendly reminder that while we have no soliciting signs at the entrances of our neighborhood, you have to have a "no soliciting" sign on your property to legally have the right to be left alone from door-to-door solicitors. The power is yours!
